ConnectBH makes it easy to access counseling, nutrition, coaching, and community‑based support services — without insurance complexity.
1. Find the plan that fits your needs
Start by choosing a ConnectBH plan that matches how often you expect to use services. Each plan includes a set number of visits per year, with transparent monthly pricing.
2. Tell us a little about yourself
Once you select a plan, you’ll complete a short registration form. We collect basic contact information so we can manage your membership and support your access to providers.
This step usually takes less than 3 minutes.
3. Complete secure payment
After registration, you’ll be redirected to our secure payment processor to complete enrollment. There are no surprise bills and no insurance claims involved.
4. Start using your visits
Once enrolled, you can begin using your included visits with participating ConnectBH providers — locally or virtually, depending on availability in your area.
ConnectBH is administered within the MDHIN Inclusive Network, which manages enrollment, member status, and program operations.
