Instead of navigating complex insurance rules or long wait times, members choose a plan with a set number of visits and use them where they matter most — locally or virtually — through the ConnectBH network.
Support is delivered by trusted local professionals, including nutritionists, health and personal coaches, social workers, faith-based counselors, and community organizations focused on improving day-to-day health, stability, and overall well-being.

ConnectBH Essentials* ConnectBH Concierge**

This is in addition to the in-network provider services. ConnectBH Essentials provides immediate access to licensed physicians for common, non-emergency medical needs, with no per-visit charges for eligible consultations. Members can receive care quickly and conveniently without worrying about unexpected visit fees. When clinically appropriate, prescriptions are electronically sent directly to the member’s preferred pharmacy, allowing for fast and seamless pickup as part of the consultation experience.
ConnectBH Concierge**
This is in addition to the in-network provider services. ConnectBH Concierge expands access by allowing members to select a dedicated physician who aligns with their needs and preferences, with no additional fees. Concierge services include comprehensive primary care support such as annual wellness exams, health risk assessment review, screening lab review and recommendations, follow-up visits, care plan development, chronic condition management, and specialist coordination. Additional concierge features may include at-home lab testing delivered directly to the patient, optional pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing to tailor medications and identify hereditary risks, integrated behavioral health services where available, and electronic prescription ordering sent directly to the patient’s preferred pharmacy.
